What this website collects, why, and how long it keeps it.
One queue for every counter: dine-in orders numbered #0001, kiosk orders #K0001 and online orders #N0001 all land in the same queue under one numbering scheme.
Who is responsible

What this site collects
- What you type into the demo form: name, email, phone, company and message.
- A cookie that remembers the language you chose.
- Standard server logs, including the IP address of the request.
Why, and for how long
The form data is used only to answer your request and to prepare a quote. It is kept until the request is closed, plus any retention period the law requires, then deleted. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
The Fresto software itself
Your restaurant data lives in the Fresto database on your own machine. Neither we nor anyone else can read it remotely, unless you switch on the optional frestopos.com connection — and then only the data that connection publishes.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, for a correction, or for deletion, at contact@frestopos.com.
